The Madrid Regional Government, City Council, ADIF Railway Infrastructure Manager and Distrito Castellana Norte sign the framework agreement that allows Madrid Nuevo Norte to get underway

Madrid Nuevo Norte, Europe's first urban development project to obtain both LEED and BREEAM pre-certifications

The Chamartín Central Business District Management Committee, which brings together the owners of the land in this project area, is formed
