Jorge Galaso

In 2015, Jorge Galaso, together with other residents, decided to embark on an adventure: to revitalise the area of the district known as Costa Fleming and help small businesses, because “there were more commercial spaces for rent than were open”.

The association is formed by 50 merchants, SMEs, business owners, freelancers and hostelry owners in the area and aims to “revitalise, protect and enhance” the Costa Fleming. Its president stresses the importance of small businesses and compares it to the skin of the face because “identifies a neighbourhood and creates its identity”.
