We engage and create bonds with people in all phases of the project.
WHO?
DCN is the first Spanish company to create a Social Engagement Area to capitalise on inclusive and participatory urban planning.
WHY?
Cities should be built taking into account feedback from citizens to incorporate their needs.
WHAT?
We effectively engage with the residents of districts adjoining Madrid Nuevo Norte and extend the participation to all citizens.
HOW?
We encourage the participation of residents in creating their environment and finding new solutions through innovative forms of cooperation.
WE DID IT!
We have reached out to over 100,000 people and work with 97 groups and associations. The outcome: citizens’ mobilisation.
No one knows more about the city than its inhabitants do; you cannot build a city without them.
