Social innovation
We seek new solutions to problems and challenges through innovative forms of collaboration. Owing to this approach, Madrid Nuevo Norte is the first urban development to include a gender perspective in its design.
Community Revitalisation
We seek more effective responses to the citizens’ demands by involving civil society. We want citizens to participate actively to create their environment jointly.
